Clifton Park Hotel - Adults Only - Lytham St Annes

Staff very friendly and helpfull. Good standard of accommodation very clean and well decorated with good indoor and outdoor facilities. Good breakfast with excellent food. We would definiteley stay there again.

Would not say dislike but bathroom a little tight spacially.

The staff where accommodating and attentive too. The location was brilliant, a short walk to Lido.

The food was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to arrange a customized meal for us. It made our stay truly special and memorable.

Nothing too much trouble, the venue met expectations. All good - we enjoyed this old-fashioned hotel - the food was brilliant and the staff were amiable. The location was incredible, just 5 min walk from a victorian pier. Visited few places in the centre, at a moderate distance from the property.

Nice location near enough to walk to local bars and restaurants, comfortable room and lovely little swimming pool and jacuzzi.

there is a nice function room but it seems to get taken over by ballroom dancers at the weekends...

Being able to use the pool and jacuzzi was great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is excellent for the pubs and restaurants in the Square or the train and buses into Blackpool. This was our second visit in the last 2 months

Good food / relaxed atmosphere / comfatable surroundings /very pleasant staff ,except one member ,which promped me to speak to the manager ,who I trust sorted my complaint accordingly

We only stayed one night, but would recommend it, as the staff were extremely polite, cheerful and helpful. The breakfast was also excellent.

The only thing I didn't like was the noise from the party under our room, but when I mentioned this on checking out, they suggested we ask for a quiet room next time.

I stayed in a large single, the bed was very comfortable -room warm but not overly warm - plenty of drawers and large wardrobe.

My room needed refurbishing, it was clean and pleasant enough but it was a little tired.

easy access to beach and town center for city strolls

The staff were super friendly, and the hotel was also a short 500 meters from St Anne's Beach, making it perfect for a quick stroll along the shore before exploring the town center just a few minutes more, which I loved.

I found the staff to be very accommodating, and the room was a Standard Double Room that met all my needs for a business trip. The bed was particularly comfortable, nice for a restful night's sleep, and the breakfast served a variety of fresh options that energized my morning. The location is perfect for easy access to local amenities.

Parking was limited, and I had to find a spot offsite.
